How things are done. Do they conform to industry standards and best practices?

Who is responsible for the day-to-day business operations? Do they have the right skills and training to do what they are hired to do? Do they require upskilling? Or do you need to hire?

Platforms

What systems/tools/software are you currently using? You are as good as your tools, so it is imperative you have the right systems and tools in place to aid efficient and effective business operations.

Solution Discovery

We do not rush to offer solutions; we proffer solutions based on our clients’ pressing needs. Prior to offering solutions, we undertake discovery assessment and provide an assessment report (our findings). With this in mind, we set out to socialize and review the assessment report (our findings) with clients, so we can get their buy-in, evaluation and adoption.

Upon adoption, we identify a cost-effective intervention that will meet the actual business need and resolve the operational challenges.

Solution Design

Upon selecting a cost-effective intervention, we proceed with putting together a detailed design. The detailed designs will include but not limited to the scope, dependencies, assumptions, cost, and timelines. This is what we call the implementation PLAN.

Solution Implementation

Once the implementation PLAN is in place, next would be getting into the execution phase. We will ensure that the execution phase is in line with the scope, budget, schedule and without compromising the quality.

Continuous Improvement

We do not leave our client after a successful execution; we stick around to ensure they do not deviate. We work closely with clients to continuously improve their 3 Ps (Process, People and Platforms) to ensure they remain in business and continue to serve their esteemed customers.
